The Performance Lab

VPSM president Matt Van Pelt is the co-owner of The Performance Lab, also know as TPL or the Lab, which is a training company that specializes in high performance improvement through skill-work, strength & conditioning, video/film work, & nutrition. TPL is based in Vietnam's two largest cities, Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, and was started in 2021. The Lab hosts more than 10 international coaches from 10 different countries, has the best staff in all of southeast Asia in terms of helping players get better, and welcomes athletes from beginners to professional players and everywhere in between (but it's primarily for those looking to take the game seriously).
