"In 2021 I co-founded Pro Coaches Academy (PCA).

PCA is a hub for international coaches to study the game of basketball, coaching, modern leadership, x’s & o’s, strength & conditioning, player development, nutrition, entrepreneurship with the game of basketball, and sports psychology, among other topics.

PCA is based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and hosts coaching clinics & seminars 1 time per month, where member coaches only pay 500,000 Vietnamese Dong, or $20 USD, per session each month.

Aside from the monthly seminars, for those international coaches who cannot attend in Vietnam, there is a PCA group chat where each coach involved shares any type of hoops content at least 1x per month (at a minimum) to open up dialogue and give coaches a chance to share ideas, steal from one another, educate themselves, and just talk hoops.

The content shared could be a 2-minute video of set plays, it could be an hour podcast a coach saw and thought beneficial to fellow basketball coaches, it could related to coaching philosophy, it could be a drill log of drills that have benefited that coaches practices, or it could be a plethora of other things/topics.

Currently PCA hosts coaches from Vietnam, USA, Canada, Japan, Thailand, China, Serbia, Ireland, India, Russia, and Australia.

We are looking to add more coaches from youth coaches to professional and national team level coaches.
